New vendors may apply in <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">February 2025<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> when applications open. Read the <a href=\"https:\/\/uofmhealthwest.org\/documents\/2025\/01\/university-of-michigan-health-west-farm-market-guidelines-of-operation.pdf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2025 Farm Market Guidelines<\/a>.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Market Manager will determine if the proposed merchandise aligns with the Market\u2019s objectives and satisfies the criteria for participation.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Vendor Selection&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">All vendors are required to submit an application. The Market Manager will review the application, make a decision on approval or denial, and will notify the applicant accordingly.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Priority is given to vendors who sell food and food-related products including produce, dry goods, baked goods, meat, coffee, eggs, honey, syrup, jams, and other edible items.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Vendors must be within 50 miles of the City of Wyoming.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Products must primarily sell products that are locally grown, produced, or crafted.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Vendors of cottage law foods must follow proper labeling guidelines.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Franchises, multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses, or reselling of goods are not permitted.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thank you for your interest in joining UM Health-West\u2019s Farm Market.
